Silanization chamber

We offer a glass desiccator connected to a vacuum pump to facilitate surface passivation through a silanization process. This process is essential for treating the master template used in the production of our microfluidic chips. It helps extend the lifespan of the template, which is used to replicate structures on polymer substrates via soft lithography.
