Ovens

Our facility is equipped with three Memmert ovens. Two UN30 ovens (32-liter capacity) are used for the polymerization of our microgel beads and the production of fluoroplastic chips. The UN75 oven (74-liter capacity) is dedicated to the curing and bonding of PDMS.

These ovens offer the following features:

• Temperature Range: +20°C to +300°C
• Temperature Setting Accuracy:
  • Up to 99.9°C: ±0.1°C
  • From 100°C: ±0.5°C

The ovens can also be used for other applications upon request.
