Epoxy Master Maker

The Epoxym™ is a versatile and user-friendly system designed for replicating molds using epoxy resins. It allows the production of durable master molds while protecting valuable and delicate silicon master templates, minimizing the risk of damage or breakage.

The Epoxym™ operates through a two-step process. First, a countermold is created using PDMS, which serves as the template for producing a high-temperature-resistant epoxy mold. This epoxy mold is then used for embossing. The resulting epoxy replica molds exhibit exceptional thermal resilience, withstanding hundreds of embossing cycles in the Sublym™ system without compromising the integrity of the microstructures.

This solution not only facilitates the production of robust molds compatible with the Sublym^TM machine but also streamlines and optimizes the replication process for the production of masters in our facility.
